Rachel Han Huneryager is an experienced attorney in U.S. immigration matters. Rachel has worked with corporations and individuals to obtain nonimmigrant and immigrant visas. She has experience in obtaining the following nonimmigrant statuses: B, E-2, E-3, F-1, H-1B, H-3, K, L-1A, L-1B, O-1, R-1, and TN. She has strategized and worked with clients on numerous PERM applications for Labor Certification and immigrant visas in the EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 categories.
Rachel speaks Korean and German fluently, and enjoys traveling. In addition to immigrating to the U.S., she has traveled extensively around the world. Rachel lived in Germany for four years where she earned a Master's degree in Contemporary German Literature and English Philology.
In her free time, Rachel likes to be outdoors running, hiking, camping, backpacking, snowshoeing, skiing, and spending time with friends and family.
